Price	The amount shown for each accommodation plan (Japanese consumption tax included). ※ Children's rates: ages 7–12 are charged 60% of the adult rate; ages 13 and over are charged the same as adults; children aged 6 and under stay free as infants (not counted in the guest total). ※ Nagano Prefecture Accommodation Tax (¥200 per guest per night; not charged where the per-person, per-night accommodation charge excluding tax is under ¥6,000) is included in the price shown.

Returns and refunds	Owing to the nature of the service (accommodation), we do not accept returns or exchanges. No refund is made after the service has been provided, except where the cause is attributable to us.
